Return and Refund Policy:
We really hope that you love your products and they are delivered safely.
Should there be any problems with delivery or you are not satisfied with your items please contact us via email/contacts page within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once an order is in process, it cannot be canceled by the client.
In certain cases, local client country can ask for custom fees and government duties.
The client must verify with his local authorities regarding the import laws and rules concerning his import / order. Those charges and requirements will be always on client responsibility and on his cost.
If a shipment has been returned to M–Lights for any reason, includes refused collecting shipment or disapproval of the local authorities, the client will be charged by M-Lights for all costs caused by that return of the parcel.
Where agreed, refunds will be provided minus the delivery charges and any returns will be at your own delivery cost.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Complete the form that is conveniently printed on the reverse of your packing slip and include it in the package with your returning items.
